Actress Nargis Fakhri now may have been soaring temperatures high with her sensuality quotient these days, but there was a time when she was nervous in front of camera.

In an 2004 video, which has surfaced online recently, Nargis is auditioning for the pageant ‘America’s Next Top Model’ and can be seen behaving nervously.

During the audition, Nargis was asked if she had any favorite model. To this she said that she did not, taking judges by shock. When she was further questioned on it, since she was auditioning to be a top model, Nargis said that she sees modelling just like any other job. After the interview, when Nargis exited the judges could be seen being impressed by her body. One of the judges even went ahead to say, ‘Good Genes’.

One look at the video confirms that Nargis has definitely come a long way from where she started.

Nargis' struggle during modelling days came to notice for the first time when she featured in filmmaker Karan Johar's chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’. She had revealed how she turned to modelling as it was a mean for survival.

The diva was last seen in ‘Banjo’ opposite Riteish Deshmukh. The movie did average business at the box office.

A few months ago, Nargis had flown back to her home in New York leaving promotions of her movie ‘Housefull 3’ mid way. This had raised eyebrows with gossipmongers saying that her break up with actor Uday Chopra was the reason for her break. Later, it was revealed that Nargis was suffering from a life threatening disease prompting her to go back to her folks for recovery.
