Ever since Dilip Kumar has been admitted to hospital citing his poor health, wishes from all around the world have been pouring in. India’s legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar took to twitter to wish a speedy recovery to the ailing actor. She posted the tweet as she heard about Dilip Kumar’s health.
The veteran actor was admitted to hospital on Wednesday morning after suffering from dehydration and urinary tract infection. The infection is said to have been getting worst and he’ll be needed to go through the dialysis if required. The doctors on Friday informed that the actor’s health is not in a good shape as his creatinine and potassium levels were high and haemoglobin count was low. Currently, his condition is stable, as revealed by his doctors.

The singer posted on Twitter: "Mujhe news dekhkar pata chala ki Dilip Kumar ji ki tabiyat acchi nahi hai. Unki sehat mein jald sudhaar ho yehi meri Ishwar se prarthana. (After reading the news, I got to know about Dilip Kumar's ill health. I pray to God that he recovers soon.) "
Dilip Kumar was last seen in Qila back in 1998. In 1994, the veteran actor was awarded with Dadasaheb Phalke Award. He was awarded with Padma Vibhushan in 2015. The actor is famous for giving many blockbusters like Devdas, Mughal-e-Azam and Karma.
