New Delhi: Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arjun Kapoor have all the reasons to smile these days. As their recently released unconventional romantic comedy ‘Ki & Ka’ is minting crores at the box office.
Helmed by R. Balki, ‘Ki & Ka’ has received mixed reviews from the audience, but has performed stunningly well in its opening weekend.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh, tweeted the box office report of ‘Ki & Ka’ and stated that the movie has emerged as the 3rd highest opening weekend of 2016 in India.
So far, Akshay Kumar starrer 'Airlift’ has bagged the highest weekend spot at box office with a whopping collection of Rs. 44.30 crores, followed by Fawad Khan, Ali Bhatt starred ‘Kapoor & Sons’, which earned Rs. 26. 35 crores.
While on one hand Kareena is winning accolades for her performance in ‘Ki & Ka’, on the other one Arjun Kapoor’s role of house husband has made him top the charts of the most eligible bachelor in the industry.
Let’s see if ‘Ki & Ka’ continues to maintain its collection in weekdays as well.
