Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has reportedly been approached by filmmaker Omung Kumar for a biopic. The director has completed the shooting of Sanjay Dutt’s comeback film Bhoomi and has now started working on his next project. Omung has previously directed biopics like Mary Kom and Sarbjit.
If reports are to be believed, Omung has approached Bebo for the film, which is based on the real-life story. Both of them will soon have the narration after which Kareena will decide if she wants to do the film. Interestingly, if the actress says yes then this would be her first biopic.
A source revealed that Omung was keen to work with Kareena from quite some time and he has finally found the right script. However, nothing official has been said on the same.
Omung’s film Bhoomi explores father-daughter relationship and stars Aditi Rao Hydari along with Sanjay. Kareena on the other hand is spending too much time in gym these days as she wants to get in shape for her upcoming film Veere Di Wedding. The videos of Bebo’s working out with her best buddy Amrita Arora were doing rounds on social media.
Veere Di Wedding will be directed by Shashanka Ghosh and will also feature Sonam Kapoor and Swara Bhaskar alongside Kareena.
