Ever since the teasers of Karan Johar’s upcoming directorial ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ is out everyone has been missing Fawad Khan’s onscreen presence in it. The actor was barely seen for a moment or two in the teaser and its title track. Moreover, he was seen for two seconds in the recent video of the song ‘Bulleya’ sporting DJ’s headphones
Indeed, it is raising a lot many eyebrows as to why Karan Johar is not revealing Fawad’s character as he did for Ranbir, Aishwarya and Anushka.
Well, KJo has his own reasons for keeping Khan’s role under the wraps.
The industry reports suggests, that Johar believes that Fawad has a exceptional work in his cameo in ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ and wants his character to be unveiled only after the release of the movie.
This is not all. Karan is also making sure that the Pakistani heartthrob doesn’t make any media appearance till ADHM hits the theatres just to maintain the secrecy around his character.
KJo and Fawad have developed a great bond during the ADHM journey. Apparently, the credit for growing bromance between the two goes Karan’s mother Hiroo who happens to be a Fawad Khan fan. While she is quite fond of Fawad, the actor is also seen enjoying her company these days.
Looks like the growing proximity with the Johar family is turning out to be quite beneficial for Fawad as KJo is, reportedly, considering to rope him for his next project as well.
Currently, Karan Johar is busy with the promotions of ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ which is scheduled to release on October 28. Interestingly, ADHM will be clashing with Ajay Devgn’s upcoming movie ‘Shivaay’ at the box office as it also happens to hit the theatres on the same day.
