Actress Kangana Ranaut, who will be seen playing the lead in Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, is in the news once again but this time, it is for a luxurious apartment that she has gifted herself on New Year. The picture of the actress’s Manali mansion are doing the rounds on social media and according to the latest report of a leading daily, Kangana’s new home costs the whopping amount of Rs 30 cr.
A report of DNA stated that the lady bought the land for Rs 10 cr and the construction of the building costed Rs 20 cr. Thus, Kangana purchased the new house, which was designed by Shabnam Gupta in Rs 30 cr.
Speculations are rife that the bungalow has every facility that can make anybody jealous. It has eight-bedrooms with beautiful mountain view, a fireplace, a gymnasium. The pictures of the house will surely make you very jealous.
A source revealed to DNA that the actress is visiting her hometown frequently to see the work going on at her place.
On a related note, the lady was last seen in Simran. The movie couldn’t perform well at the box office. Along with Kangana, Manikarnika also features Ankita Lokhande and Sonu Sood in pivotal roles.
