New Delhi: It hasn’t been long enough when everyone was taken over by the acrimonious fight between actors Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut.
The battle had started off after the diva had allegedly referred to Duggu as her ‘silly ex’. Soon this spat turned ugly and the two slammed each other with legal notices.
With each passing day we saw some or the other twists coming in the story.
While the legal tussle between Hrithik and Kangana is still on, it seems the controversy is affecting the career of the ‘Queen’ actress.
According to the media reports, director Nikhil Advani, who was all set to make a thriller movie with Kangana, has put his film on hold following the fight.
“That film is on the back-burner right now. Nikhil had planned a film about serial killers with Kangana playing a tough cop, but it’s learnt that the film has been shelved. Nikhil might want to revisit the film after a few years, perhaps with a different cast,”
a source reportedly told an entertainment portal.
“He has already discussed another project with her. She has liked the idea. But even for that, Nikhil wants to wait it out because he fears that the ongoing Hrithik-Kangana spat which will affect his film,”
the source further added.
Well, this isn’t a good news for the ‘Gangster’ actress.
Currently, Kangana Ranaut is busy with her forthcoming movie ‘Rangoon’, also starring Shahid Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, the movie is slated to release on February 24, 2017.
