The curly haired beauty Kangana Ranaut took the internet by storm when news of her head injury started doing the rounds. The Rangoon actress suffered a head injury on the sets of her upcoming film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, which sent everyone into complete shock. While, the examining doctor has informed that the actress will be discharged from Hyderabad’s Apollo Hospital in a week, Kangana has spoken about the incident. She said that even though it was embarrassing she felt thrilled to have her face covered in blood.
Speaking to Mid-day, the 30-year-old actress said,"I am a bit embarrassed to be thrilled to have a battle scar on my face. Also, people from my team have been telling me that it's like that Peshwa teeka that Manikarnika wore. It's a bit dramatic but I am excited that my face was covered in blood and I got a genuine and authentic glimpse of the Queen's life."
Meanwhile, a source from Manikarnika sets said Rani of Jhansi was a warrior and Kangana has decided that she will wear her scar with pride just like the Queen of Jhansi did. At the moment, the actress is being attended to by a leading plastic surgeon. Once the film's shoot is wrapped up, she may have to opt for cosmetic surgery, reports suggest.
