If you were born during or before 90’s, you know how near and dear Karan Johar’s Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham is to our heart. Every single Indian must have watched this Shah Rukh Khan-starrer film more than just once. If you ask me, honestly, I’ve been through this melodramatic family drama for more than 5 times, already! If it’s aired on television on weekend, we won’t be having an issue watching it all over again. If you aren’t feeling old enough, let me remind you that it has been 16 years since Karan Johar’s multi-starrer film Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham came out. Yes, it was in 2001 that K3G was released.
On this special day, filmmaker Karan Johar and one of the leads Amitabh Bachchan shared some throwback pictures from the sets of Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. The megastar shared a series of six pictures on his social media, from the 16-year-old movie. Here are the pictures.
Two of our most favourite couples, Amitabh Bachchan-Jaya Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol featured in this movie.
Filmmaker Karan Johar also got nostalgic on completion of 16 years of Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. He also shared some stills from the movie but with interesting and catchy captions.
