Bollywood actor Kunaal Roy Kapur who gained popularity for his comic roles in movies like Delhi Belly and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, will be seen next in the Saif Ali Khan starrer Kaalakaandi. The actor recently revealed that one of the biggest struggles for him is to break away from the tag of a comic actor. Kunaal, who has been acting for nearly two decades, started his career with the TV show Just Mohabbat.

"Once you're known as a comic actor, it's difficult to break out. People say 'Oh, he's a good actor but very good at comedy', so I think it'll be a long drawn out process for me (to break that). That happens with other actors as well... It takes a few years to rein".

Kaalakandi is touted to be a dark comedy. Kaalakaandi has been directed and written by debutant director Akshat Verma, who has previously written Delhi Belly.

Tlaking about the film, Saif Ali Khan said, “We are receiving really exciting response to the film. This is a small but really good film. I am really proud that Akshat made a good film and all other actor’s have performed really well. Whoever saw the movie, they gave us positive feedback about the movie so I hope audience would also like the film as well”.
