A few days ago it was alleged that actor John Abraham manhandled a fan after the trailer launch of his upcoming movie ‘Force 2’. Now, the spokesperson of the actor has clarified on the incident. He told that the allegations are a fabrication of someone’s imagination and John never slapped anyone.
The event which happened on September 29 made it to the news for wrong reasons after reports of John raising his hand on a fan started doing rounds of media. Telling John’s side of the story, his spokesperson told a leading daily that when he was leaving the venue a fan grabbed him and started scratching him. He said that after this incident, John grabbed the fan and pulled him up for behaving irresponsibly.
“As a knee-jerk reaction, John, turned around to grab hold of the fan, and pulled him up for his irresponsible behaviour. Later, he proceeded to his car,” his spokesperson was quoted saying.
Another added that post the incident, few of the fans including the one who was allegedly manhandled came to John’s residence to apologise for their behaviour. He said that John spoke to them very nicely and told them that though it is their love which keeps him going, they should behave responsibly.
“He appreciates all the love and support, but only wishes that they would express it more responsibly. He even clicked pictures with them,” added the source.
Rubbishing reports that John hit a fan, his spokesperson said he would never hurt a fan intentionally.
John will be seen next in ‘Force 2’ which also features Sonakshi Sinha and Tahir Raj Bhasin in important roles.
