Jab Harry Met Sejal courted controversies during the release of his trailer. CBFC chief Pahlaj Nihalani asked the makers to delete the word ‘Intercourse’ from the film citing that it would impact the 12-year-olds watching the film, badly. Finally, the film has been certified U/A by the censor board. Film’s director Imtiaz Ali says that some visual changes were made in the film but no audio cuts has been made. The team is happy that censor board passed the film without any cuts.

In the trailer launch, the movie’s lead actress Anushka Sharma was virtually joined by Shah Rukh Khan from Los Angeles. Imtiaz told the media, “We are happy with the U/A certificate and no, there was no deletion of any words from the CBFC. There were some visual changes, but there were no audio cuts. And we are happy with it."

Yesterday the trailer of Jab Harry Met Sejal was out. Going by the trailer, the film puts a fresh love story in the picture. Harry aka Harinder Singh Nehra is a tour guide who is lost in a way to life. Sejal plays a tourist who lost her ring in an unknown country. Though, she doesn’t find the ring, she finds something which she wasn’t seeking at first place: Love. At the end of the trailer, we get to see glimpses of smouldering hot chemistry between Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma. Let us tell you, Anushka and Shah Rukh are sharing the screen space for the third time after Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Jab Tak Hai Jaan.

This fresh Imtiaz Ali romantic drama has created quite a buzz even before the launch of trailer. Let’s see if it manages to live up to the hype. The movie is slated to release on August 4, 2017.
