After turning out to be a 100-crore actress in Bollywood, Deepika Padukone is all set to try her luck in Hollywood with 'xXx: Return of Xander Cage'. The film will be releasing in India a week before other countries. Now, Deepika’s latest tweet has hinted that her co-star from the film, Vin Diesel, may come to the country for promotions.
Deepika today took to Twitter to write a message for Vin in Hindi. She wrote, “India is waiting for u Vin, will meet soon on January 12 and 13.”
Though there were speculations from quite some time that the Hollywood star will visit India to entertain his Indian fans. But nothing official was being said on the same. However, the dimpled beauty’s tweet has given smiles to movie buffs who wanted to see Vin in the country.
Previously, media reports were doing rounds that both the actors may appear on the popular chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’ to promote their flick. But, there were no spine to those rumours. Now, it seems that Deepika has some good news in store for people.
In ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’, Deepika will be seen playing the role of Serena Unger. Directed by DJ Caruso, the film also stars Donnie Yen, Nina Dobrev, Ruby Rose and Samuel L Jackson besides Deepika and Vin. The flick is slated to release on January 14 in India.
