Actress Ileana D'Cruz, who is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Baadshaho, has slammed a fan who misbehaved with her on social media. The lady expressed her anger saying that just because she is a public figure, no man calling himself her fan has the right to misbehave with her. She went on to say that at the end of the day, she is a woman. Ileana is not the first actress as earlier, Vidya Balan and Swara Bhaskar also talked about the incidents when they were touched inappropriately by their fans.
Ileana took to micro-blogging site Twitter and tweeted, “It's a pretty shitty world we live in. I'm a public figure. I understand that I don't have the luxury of a private & an anonymous life.”
In another tweet she wrote, “But that doesn't give any man the right to misbehave with me. Don't confuse "fan antics" with that. I am a WOMAN at the end of the day.”
Being a celebrity is a big responsibility. Along with receiving the love of fans, stars also have to face some crazy fans who can go to any extent to get their glimpse.
On a related note, Ileana was last seen in Mubarakan that didn’t perform well at the box office. The lady will be seen sharing the screen space with Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi and Esha Gupta in Milan Luthria's Baadshaho. The movie is slated to release on September 1.
