Veteran actress Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor looked breathtakingly beautiful when she walked the red carpet of IFFI 2017. The lady was accompanied by her mother and father Boney Kapoor. Janhvi looked drop dead gorgeous in the traditional outfit. This is her first appearance post the announcement of her debut film Dhadak alongside Ishaan Khattar. Sridevi looked ethereal in the golden saree.

During the inaugural ceremony, Shah Rukh said, “I truly believe that films are made with the collaboration of hundreds of people coming together, working relentlessly for an idea they believe in and they love and they want share it with the world.”

Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi's new film Beyond The Clouds will open the IFFI. The movie featured Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishan in a pivotal role. The young star was also spotted at the event.

On a related note, Karan Johar recently unveiled the first look of Janhvi’s debut film Dhadak. The movie is the remake of Marathi film Sairat and will be helmed by Shashank Khaitan. It is set to hit the screens next year.
