Months after rumoured ex-lovers Hrithik and Kangana got embroiled in a nasty legal battle, papa Rakesh Roshan has opened up on the controversy saying that the truth, once out, will leave everyone shocked.
Papa Rakesh Roshan has come out in support of his son and stated that Kangana saying ugly lies about Hrithik and making several attempts to tarnish his image.
However, while talking to a leading daily, he did mention, that the truth was quite contradictory to what Ranaut has so far presented.
Rakesh Roshan further added that Hrithik Roshan might come up with the truth behind all the allegations imposed upon him, once he was done with his professional commitments.
The legal tussle started after Kangana Ranaut allegedly referred Hrithik as her ‘silly ex’. While she opened a book of worms post her statement, both the celebs started mudslinging with legal notices.
Currently, Hrithik Roshan is busy shooting for his upcoming movie ‘Kaabil’ opposite Yami Gautam. Directed Sanjay Gupta, the movie is being produced by Rakesh Roshan and is scheduled to release on January 26, 2017.
Interestingly, ‘Kaabil’ will witness a clash with Shah Rukh Khan’s much awaited ‘Raees’.
To this Rakes Roshan said that since he announced the movie first, it is a little unethical for King Khan to release ‘Raees’ on the same date.
Roshan also stated that he had tried convincing SRK that this box office clash won’t benefit anyone He further explained the reason for not shifting ‘Kaabil’ saying that this isn’t an issue of an ego, rather he is a bit superstitious in this regard.
However, he concluded saying he can’t stop anyone releasing his/her movie on the same date.
