‘Hind Ka Napak Ko Jawab’ beats Akshay’s ‘Jolly LLB 2’, earns Rs 100 crore in 7 days

Saint Gurmeet Singh Ram Rahim Ji’s ‘Hind Ka Napak Ko Jawab’ that clashed with actor Akshay Kumar’s ‘Jolly LLB 2’ has minted Rs 100 crore in its seventh day. The movie was the fourth part of ‘MSG’ series. ‘Jolly LLB 2’ on the other hand managed to mint Rs 74.87 crore in seven days.
According to media reports, ‘Hind Ka Napak Ko Jawab’ collected Rs 15.10 crore on Friday. The film witnessed rise on weekends. It earned Rs 15.25 crore on Saturday and Rs 19.85 crore on Sunday making Rs 50.20 crore its weekend collection. The collections improved further with Valentine’s Day and the film made Rs 100 crore in a week.
‘Jolly LLB 2’ received good response from the audience. With powerful story and talented star cast, the film got the decent opening of Rs 13.20 crore and reached Rs 74.87 crore in a week. But, seems like someone else has won the battle.
‘Hind Ka Napak Ko Jawab’ revolved around surgical strike India conducted in Pakistan occupied Kashmir, and was the fourth instalment of the series. The first part ‘MSG: The Messenger’ was released in 2015. ‘Jolly LLB 2’ was the sequel of 2013 film ‘Jolly LLB’ that starred Annu Kapoor, Saurabh Shukla and Huma Qureshi in key roles.
