Veteran actor Dharmendra turned a year older today and many B-town celebrities showered their wishes on him. After his ‘Sholay’ co-star Amitabh Bachchan, his wife and actress Hema Malini also wished him remembering some of the best years of heir career.
Dharmendra turned 81 today. Both Hema and Dharmendra have worked together in many movies that turned out to be big hits at the box office. Their on-screen chemistry was not only liked by the audience but directors also paired them in many movies owing to their growing popularity.
Hema shared a photograph of herself along with Dharmendra, with whom she has worked in films including "Raja Jani," "Seeta Aur Geeta," "Sharafat," "Naya Zamana," "Patthar Aur Payal," "Tum Haseen Main Jawaan," "Jugnu," "Dost," and "Charas".
"Recalling today the best years of my career, best and happy years of togetherness till date and the two lovely babies we have. Happy Birthday Dharamji!" Hema captioned the image.
The two tied the knot in 1979 and have two daughters -- Esha and Ahana.
