Aamir Khan’s Dangal, which has created huge buzz and tasted success in China, is the most viewed Indian film trailer on YouTube. The trailer has 54.6 million views and counting.The film is an extraordinary true story based on the life of Mahavir Singh and his two daughters, Geeta and Babita Phogat. The movie traces the inspirational journey of a father who trains his daughters to become world class wrestlers. 

Raees

With 53.7 million views, the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Raees trailer bags the second position.Directed by Rahul Dholakia, the film received a grand opening of Rs 20.42 crore at the box-office. SRK playS the role of a gangster in the film. Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Pakistani actress Mahira Khan were also seen in prominent roles. Raees is Shah Rukh’s seventh film that has crossed Rs 100 crore mark after Chennai Express, Happy New Year, Dilwale, Jab Tak Hai Jaan,  RA.One and Don 2.

Befikre 

Making a surprise entry at number three, Befikre trailer stands tall at 39.1 million views on YouTube. The film features Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor for the first time together on the silver screen. Both played the role of carefree and free-spirited people. The film was filmmaker Aditya Chopra's take on modern love stories.

Sultan

Salman Khan’s blockbuster Sultan bags the fourth position on the list with 37.1 million views. The sports drama film features Salman and Anushka Sharma as wrestlers. In the opening weekend itself, the film crossed the Rs 300 crore-mark worldwide.As a wrestler from a Haryana village, Salman connected with the viewers really well. The movie which chronicled the rise and fall of Sultan Ali Khan had all elements to leave an impact on cine buffs. It was high on emotion, love, drama, fights, heartbreak and survival which contributed towards making it an All Time Blockbuster.

Kabali

With 33.9 million views, Rajnikanth starrer Kabali trailer bags the fifth position. The filmwas released on over 4,500 screens across the globe on July 22 and earned Rs 48 crore on the first day itself. Directed by Pa Ranjith, the movie’s production was much cheaper with relatively young technicians holding forte. While most of the shoots happened on location and sets in Chennai, shooting in Malaysia was probably the only big expense. Interestingly, the luxury vehicles and luxury cars used during the shooting in Malaysia were given free by many Malaysian Tamils and fans of Rajinikanth.
