New Delhi: Farhan Akthar recently shocked everyone after he decided to end his 17 years marriage with wife Adhuna.
The actor, who had always carried an image of a family man, announced his divorce in a statement.
Farhan and Adhuna have maintained a stoic silence on the reason behind their split is still a mystery.
However, there had been speculations that it is because of Farhan’s increasing proximity with a female co-star that the couple called it quits.
As per the media reports, the ‘Rock On’ actor was said to be dating his co-star from ‘Wazir’ Aditi Rao Hydari.
Though, Aditi has maintained a tight lip over the issue, looks like Farhan Akhtar has decided to clear the air about his rumoured affair.
During a recent media event, when Farhan was quizzed about his rumoured affair, the actor stated, “Regardless of what I would say, people will still talk. I don’t want to comment.”
Well, that was a smart escape.
Currently, Farhan Akhtar is busy with his forthcoming movie ‘Rock On 2’ opposite Shraddha Kapoor which is expected to hit the screens on November 11, 2016.
