New Delhi: Deepika Padukone is one of the leading actresses in the industry. The diva has worked with several actors including Amitabh Bachchan, Irrfan Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Saif Ali Khan and many more.
She debuted opposite superstar Shah Rukh Khan, but has not worked with the other Khans, Salman and Aamir.
Interestingly, there had been reports about Deepika being signed in opposite Salman a few times.
Earlier, it was reported, that she will play the lead role in Salman’s ‘Sultan’, however, Anushka Sharma was finalised for the role. Later, it was suggested that the two will be starring in Kabir Khan’s ‘Tubelight’, but that too turned out to be mere gossips.
While the fans are eagerly waiting for the ‘Tamasha’ actress to romance Salman onscreen, Deepika thought to clear the air about signing a movie opposite the ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ star.
“Wow (smiles). It’s not something that I am aware of. So, I don’t know about both the films,” Deepika told a leading daily.
We wonder if we see the two stars sharing the screen space anytime soon.
Currently, Deepika Padukone has wrapped up the shooting of her Hollywood debut movie ‘xXx: The Return of Xander Cage’ opposite Vin Diesel, where as Salman Khan is gearing up for the release of ‘Sultan’.
