Actor Darsheel Safary who made his Bollywood debut with superstar Aamir Khan’s ‘Taare Zameen Par’ will now be seen in a teenage love story ‘Quickie’ helmed by Pradip Atluri. The poster of the film featuring the handsome actor was shared yesterday on social media. The film is inspired from true emotions.
Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh took to micro blogging site Twitter to share the poster of ‘Quickie’ in which Darsheel was seen confused. It also had a teaser line that said, “No buffering, no suffering”.
Taran tweeted, “Darsheel Safary to star in #Quickie, a teenage love story. Pradip Atluri directs. Producers Tony D'Souza, Amul Vikas Mohan, Nitin Upadhyaya.”
The actor will be making his comeback on the silver screen after almost 5 years. When he appeared as Ishaan in Aamir’s directorial venture, he left everyone awestruck with his wonderful acting. Now, the little Ishaan has grown up into a handsome teenager. With his killer looks and good acting skills, the actor will surely do wonders again with ‘Quickie’.
Along with doing films, Darsheel also appeared on small screen. He participated in celebrity dance show ‘Jhalak Dikhla Jaa season’ and also acted in an episode of ‘Yeh Hai Aashiqui’.
On a related note, ‘Quickie’ is bankrolled by Tony D'Souza, Amul Vikas Mohan and Nitin Upadhyaya.
