Dabangg 3: Not Arbaaz Khan but this director to helm Salman Khan- Sonakshi Sinha starrer
Salman has already raised excitement among fans by revealing the plot of Dabangg 3.
Dabangg 3 has created a lot of buzz even before the commencement of its shooting. Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha starrer flick is the third installment of the hit Dabangg franchise. Salman has already cleared that Arbaaz will not be directing the third part, thus triggering speculations around the name of the director. However, now it has been finalised that Prabhudeva will be helming Dabangg 3.
The filmmaker, actor and producer, who has earlier directed masala films such as Rowdy Rathore, R… Rajkumar, Action Jackson and Singh is Bling will reunite with Salman. The duo has earlier given Wanted in 2009 which went on to become a huge hit. Also, the film will mark fourth collaboration between Sonakshi and Prabhudeva.
In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Prabhudeva confirmed the reports. ''I was in Mumbai last week to finalise all the details. Yes, I am directing Dabangg 3 for Salman and Arbaaz Khan. Who says no to them? We’ve been closely associated for the longest time. I share a warm friendship with Salman Khan and his brothers. When Salman and Arbaaz asked me to direct Dabangg 3 there was no question of saying no,'' he said.
Prabhudeva also revealed that nothing has been changed in the movie except the director. Cast remains the same including Salman, Sonakshi and Arbaaz. Also, the music will be by Sajid-Wajid.
Earlier, Salman raised excitement among fans by revealing the plot of the movie. He said, ''The story starts with Dabangg 3 in the present and then it goes back to the past and then comes back to the present day again. It will have a prequel portion, but only as a flashback. So it’s Chulbul Pandey now and then-what has gone on in his life before part one and two. The flashback will show how Chulbul Pandey actually became Chulbul Pandey. The remaining part will be about what he’s up to now.''
