Actors Tiger Shroff, who impressed movie buffs with his high-octane action sequences in Baaghi, is all set to romance his rumoured girlfriend Disha Patani in the sequel of the film. Producer Sajid Nadiadwala confirmed to a leading daily that Disha has been roped in as the leading lady of the film.
Nadiadwala revealed to a leading daily that Disha is perfect for the role and she has an amazing onscreen chemistry with Tiger that was evident during the look test. He expressed his happiness with the film’s cast and is excited to start the shooting of the film.
Before Disha, reports of many actresses including Shraddha Kapoor and Kriti Sanon being part of the film were doing rounds. But, those turned out to be mere rumours.
This will be Tiger and Disha’s first film together. Previously, the rumoured couple featured in a music video Befikra and their sizzling chemistry became talk of the town. Dating speculations of the two stars were doing rounds from quite some time but they have always maintained a dignified silence when asked on the same. However, they let their actions speak with their joint public appearances.
Now, it will be interesting to watch both the actors working together in Baaghi 2. Directed by choreographer-director Ahmed Khan, Baaghi 2 is slated to release on April 27, 2018.
