Actor Anil Kapoor and actress Madhuri Dixit are all set to recreate 90s magic as they will be seen sharing the screen space in Total Dhamaal. The news was confirmed by filmmaker Indra Kumar. This is known to all that Madhuri and Anil together gave many blockbusters in the past. Thus, it will be interesting to see the beautiful jodi once again spelling on the silver screen.
Speculations were rife from quite some time that the two stars might team up for a project. But, nothing was concrete. Now, Indra Kumar has confirmed to a leading daily that both of them will be featured in Total Dhamaal and the film will go on the floors in January.
Mumbai Mirror quoted the director as saying, “This film is essentially a comedy so don't expect any 'dhak dhak' but I promise total dhamaal. Anil and Madhuri have always been a great pair to work with and getting them together again is a dream.”
Along with Anil and Madhuri, the film will also feature Riteish Deshmukh, Arshad Warsi and Javed Jafferi. Ajay Devgn is the new entrant to the franchise. The movie is set to release next year. The director stated that decision of release date will be taken by the studio they tie up with. However, there are chances that film will be released on Diwali, next year.
