March was one of the most profitable months for Bollywood in terms of box-office report. Several films hit the cinemas amid much expectation and hype. Right from horror to action drama to romantic comedy, movie buffs were treated to several film genres. However, only a few managed to impress the audience and raked in whopping moolah. Have a look at the Bollywood box-office round-up for March 2018.

Pari

Anushka Sharma starrer Pari released in theatres on March 2, to mixed reviews. While most agree that Pari is definitely better than most Bollywood horror films in recent times, some feel that the film was half-baked and could’ve been better. The film collected a decent Rs 28.73 crore at the box-office.

Raid

Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn's latest release Raid has hit the jackpot and has turned out to be a winner at the Box Office. Critics and fans have liked the film and given it a big thumbs up and, now it is all set to enter the coveted Rs 100 crore club. The box-office collection for Raid stand at Rs 98.51 crore in three weeks of its opening.

Hichki 

Hichki marks Rani Mukerji’s comeback to acting after a gap of 4 long years. Marriage and motherhood took priority for her during those years and it took a beautiful, heart-touching story from director Siddharth P Malhotra for Rani to return to her first love – acting. Rani has scripted a dream comeback of sorts with Hichki getting the thumbs up from critics and audiences alike as it has now registered a total of Rs 36.60 crore at the box-office, surpassing the liftetime business of Mardaani.

Dil Junglee

Starring Taapsee Pannu and Saqib Saleem, the romcom doomed at the box-office earning Rs 25 lakh on the first day of its opening. 

Baaghi 2

Baaghi 2 featuring Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani, which hit the cinemas on March 30, has been creating magic at the box-office. The Ahmed Khan film surprised everyone by becoming one of the top opening grosser in the recent past.  The film has successfully entered the coveted Rs 100 crore club in its first week. The film stands at Rs 104.90 crore and counting.
