The very cute and lovely actress Alia Bhatt just turned 24 on 15th March and, while the entire B-town loaded her with good wishes, it was her co-star and good friend Varun Dhawan who had the most adorable message for the actress on her special day.
As they say the best is saved for the last, Varun’s birthday wish for the “Highway” actress came a day later but took everyone by total surprise.
At a time when Varun-Alia’s film “Badrinath Ki Dulhania” is creating waves at the cinemas and are inching closer to the coveted Rs 100 crore club, junior Dhawan’s birthday wish for Alia was just apt!
The “Main Tera Hero” actor took to his Twitter account and shared a cartoon himself and Alia. The caption was apt and funny.
“Badri toon @aliaa08 24 years of the dulhania”, Varun tweeted.
Well, we must say that the actor used good intelligence and humour since he not only wished Alia but also promoted his film! Now that’s clever junior Dhawan.
This isn’t the first time that Varun has showcased his cleverness.
Recently, when the duo was in Jaipur, Varun had tweeted, “Badri and Vaidehi are in Jaipur. Also from soty to badri I think @aliaabhatt weighs the same but has grown a lot as an actor,” adding that “She made me write this.”
On a related note, “Badrinath Ki Dulhania” has been making it big at the box-office as the film has collected Rs 70 crore at the eighth day of its opening.
