According to a report in Deccan Chronicle, veteran Pakistani distributor Amjad Rasheed was quoted as saying, "The film has especially got a huge response in single screens, even though it purports mythology and Hindu tradition to a certain extent.” The Indian mythological film reportedly collected 6 crore Pakistani rupees at the box office.
