Anushka Sharma is again going to surprise us. First sneak peek into her role in the film Pari is out and we must admit we are proud of her. She has this washed out, pale and creepy look in the poster. It is both intriguing and exciting. When we talk about Pari or angel, the first thing that comes to our mind is big eyes, beautiful dress and pretty face. But, as we all know Anushka is different and she never ceases to take risk. Thus, she has given completely new turn to this look that is haunting in the poster.
Anushka shared the first look informing that the shooting of the film has started. The film is being co-produced by Anushka’s Clean Slate Films and KriArj Entertainment. Earlier, the actress put money on movies like NH10 and Phillauri that were not the quintessential Bollywood films. Anushka has always given preference to content, thus it goes without saying that Pari is also going to be different.
The project will be helmed by Prosit Ray. Actor Parambrata Chatterjee will also be seen sharing the screen space with the actress. He has earlier worked with Vidya Balan in Kahaani.
Anushka will next be seen in Imtiaz Ali's next directorial venture Jab Harry Met Sejal opposite Shah Rukh Khan.
