Actress Amy Jackson who came to Kerela for an Award show flew back to Chennai to complete the shooting of her upcoming film ‘2.0’ alongside superstar Rajinikanth. The lady shared the information yesterday on social media.
Amy took to micro blogging site Twitter and wrote, “Thanks Kerala! Next stop Chennai for Robot 2.0 shoot.”
The actress is playing the female lead in the flick, and thus it was the great opportunity for her to share the screen space with Rajini. The film also stars Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar as an antagonist who will be making his Tamil debut with this film.
Amy is working for the first time with both the stars. She even called working with the South superstar as a 'dream-come-true' moment.
The poster launch of the film took place last year and along with the entire cast of the film, superstar Salman Khan was also present at the event. It was speculated that the actor was going round with Amy, but there were no spine to these rumours.
‘2.0’ is the sequel of 2010 film ‘Enthiran’. The project has been bankrolled by Lyca Productions and helmed by S. Shankar. A R Rahman has given the music of the film.
