Veteran actress Reema Lagoo’s death has left everyone in shock. The actress died of cardiac arrest at the age of 59. Many celebrities including Reema’s former co-star Alok Nath has mourned her death. Alok stated that this is a horrible news and he is very sad.
Alok Nath revealed to a leading daily that Reema was a wonderful actor to work with and he is too sad to even think about her demise. The actor was very sad as he has worked with Reema in many films.
As Alok Nath is Bollywood’s favourite father, Reema Lagoo also played mother to many big stars of the industry. She appeared in many Rajshree movies. From Salman Khan to Sanjay Dutt, there were many renowned actors, who called Lagoo mom on the silver screen. Alok and Reema worked together in films like Hum Saath Saath Hai, Hum Aapke Hain Koun and Maine Pyaar Kiya.
Reema was admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital late last night after she complained of chest pain.
Reema has also worked in Marathi films. She did TV shows like Tu Tu Main Main and Shrimaan Shrimati. She was last seen playing the role of Dayavanti Mehta in Naamkaran, which is aired on Star Plus.
