Ever since actor Varun Dhawan has been finalised as the lead actor for the upcoming movie ‘Judwaa 2’, speculations about the female leads are rife.
It was reported that Alia Bhatt will be seen as one of the leading actresses in the movie.
However, Varun has put all the speculations to rest saying that the makers are yet to finalise the leading actresses for ‘Judwaa 2’.
The actor also mentioned that he will be announcing the names of the female leads soon.
‘Judwaa 2’ happens to be the sequel of 1997 blockbuster ‘Judwaa’ starring superstar Salman Khan.
Interestingly, just like the first instalment, ‘Judwaa 2’ too is being helmed by David Dhawan and Varun will be seen playing a double role in the movie.
This is the first time the ‘Badlapur’ actor will be seen playing a double role on the silver screen.
While Varun is quite thrilled to be getting into Salman Khan’s shoes for the movie, the comparisons between the two actors will be inevitable.
‘Judwaa 2’ is scheduled to release on release on September 29, 2017.
