Actor Akshay Kumar, who is occupied with the work of his upcoming projects, took out time from his busy schedule to visit Golden Temple in Amritsar. The actor expressed his happiness by sharing a picture on social media and called it a surreal experience. The beauty of the temple is visible in the picture and the actor can be seen listening to the gurbani and lost in some other world.
Akshay shared the picture on social networking site Twitter and wrote, “A chance visit to the Golden Temple,listening to the gurbani & watching the world go by.Only word that comes to mind now:SURREAL #blessed.”
But being a celebrity, how did he manage to feel the calmness and serenity of the place so wonderfully? Why wasn't he chased by fans? Well, the answer to this is Akshay wore an all black attire with hood and covered his face with a mask. Moreover, he visited the temple before dawn at 3 am
The actor has two ambitious projects lined up. Recently, the actor celebrated his 50th birthday and gave a special gift to his fans. Akshay shared his look from his upcoming film Gold in which he will be seen sharing the screen space with Telly actress Mouni Roy. The actor will also feature with actresses Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte in Padman. The movie is set to release next year.
His last film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha entered the coveted Rs 100 crore club and broke box office’s dry spell. The movie was based on Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and also featured actress Bhumi Pednekar in a key role.
