This time Akki can’t stop gushing about a Mumbai police constable Pawan Tayde who saved the life a woman who fell down in her pursuit to catch a train.
The ‘Rustom’ actor shared the video of this breath-taking incident on his Twitter handle.
In the 21 second video, it is visible how to woman slips while running and would have got herself almost crushed, when constable Pawan Tayde came to her rescue.
Akshay has lauded the constable for his incredible presence of mind and quick actions.
The actor captioned the video: "Had my heart in my mouth literally! Salute to constable Pawan Tayde of Lonavala police station for his presence of mind and swift action."
Interestingly, Akshay himself has portrayed a police officer several times on the silver screens and has always appreciated the efforts of the security forces.
On the work front, Akshay Kumar is busy with his upcoming movie ‘Jolly LLB 2’, in which he will be seen playing the role of a lawyer.
Helmed by Subhash Kapoor, the movie happens to be the sequel of the 2013 release ‘Jolly LLB’ starring Arshad Warsi in the lead.
‘Jolly LLB 2’, also features Saurabh Shukla and Anu Kapoor in key roles and is slated to release on February 10, 2017.
