New Delhi: The International film festival Cannes has kicked off and it is something which every tabloid across the globe is focussing on. The red carpet of the prestigious event sees celebs from around the world giving fashion goals to an entire population.
From Bollywood, the most talked about personality who has been gracing the red carpet for 15 years now is actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Aishwarya reached France, this evening with her daughter Aradhya sporting cat eye sun-glasses and her signature pink lipstick from the La Vie En Rose collection.
Before her grand entrance at the festival this year, Aishwarya did not talk about what she is planning to don. But, the mystery is revealed now. The Bachchan bahu chose a golden Ali Younes beaded cape couture gown and looked resplendent.
She is representing cosmetic giant Loreal and her upcoming film ‘Sarbjit’ will also screen at the festival. In ‘Sarbjit’ she plays the role f Dalbir Kaur, sister of Sarabjit Singh, an Indian who died in a Pakistan prison.

Before her appearance at Cannes, Ash in an interview had said that she doesn’t pay attention to fashion critics anymore. “Troll me as much as you can,” was Mrs Bachchan’s statement. But with this look, we think none of them will be able to give her negative points.
