Superstar Salman Khan is busy these days with back-to-back films and here comes bad news for all those who were waiting to watch him hosting the TV reality show Bigg Boss 11. Yes, latest reports suggest that the superstar will not be hosting the reality show and has been replaced by his friend and actor Akshay Kumar. As both the stars are great friends, it is being said that the transition is going to be smooth.

According to a report in The Quint, Salman has been planning to exit Bigg Boss from quite long as the show takes lot of his time. But, now he is seriously planning not to host the upcoming season and the next person, who comes to mind after Salman is Akshay. Khiladi Kumar has huge mass connect thus he can be Salman’s replacement.
Previously, it was being said that Akshay will take Salman’s place as the host of the reality show Dus Ka Dum. However, people will have to wait for the official conformation to see if Akshay has replaced Bhaijaan in any of the shows.
On the professional front, Salman is currently occupied with the work of Tiger Zinda Hai. Akshay is gearing up for his upcoming film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha opposite Bhumi Pednekar. The movie is slated to release on August 11.
