On 54th birthday, superstar Aamir Khan announced his next project, Lal Singh Chaddha, which is an official adaptation of Forrest Gump. The movie which is slated to release next year will be helmed by Secret Superstar director Advait Chandan. Aamir has started prepping-up for his character and will lose 20 kilos in six months. Lal Singh Chaddha will go on floors in October 2019. Aamir has bought the rights from Paramount and the project will be bankrolled by Viacom and Aamir Khan Productions. Rest of the cast is yet to be finalised.
