The iconic Bollywood film Dil Se completes 20 today. The Shah Rukh Khan-Manisha Koirala-Preity Zinta starrer is considered quite significant for its theme, direction, performances and of course music. On this special occasion, Preity Zinta, Manisha Koirala and Malaika Arora remembered the film by sharing nostalgic posts on social media.

Malaika Arora , who became popular with her song ‘Chaiya Chaiya’, has shared a photograph on her Instagram account to remember the old days. The song ‘Dil Se’ gained a lot of popularity among the masses. Even the fans still swoon over AR Rahman’s music ‘Chaiya Chaiya’.

Directed by Mani Ratnam, Dil Se is a 1998 film set against the backdrop of insurgency in Assam. Dil Se not only emerged as a hit at the box office but also received several accolades including two National Awards, seven Filmfare Awards and a Special Mention Award at the Berlin International Film Festival. The film resonates with today's generation through its iconic songs such as Chaiyya Chaiyya, Jiya Jale and Dil Se Re among others.
