Congress chief Rahul Gandhi's sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra today targeted the Modi government in her first speech since assuming charge as party general secretary. Addressing a massive crowd of Congress workers and supporters at CWC meet, Priyanka said that she was saddened by what was happening in the country.

Priyanka said the Modi government did not fulfil its promises of providing jobs to crores of people in the country.
