Poet-turned-politician Kumar Vishwas on Monday said political parties lack “democracy” within their working process.
“None of the parties have democracy within them,” said rebel AAP leader Vishwas during India TV’s 'Jai Hind With India TV' conclave.
“Sadly, judgemental politics has taken centre stage these days,” he said and added “There are several politics school in the country. I am a student of Atal Bihari Vajpayee school of politics.”
He also touched Rahul Gandhi’s eye winking episode during the no-confidence motion and said it was not right.
“It was not right on Rahul Gandhi's part to wink inside Parliament, but there are several other important issues to be discussed,” said Vishwas.

Talking about Muzaffarpur shelter home case Vishwas said, “What happened in Muzaffarpur was a crime against humanity. Nitish Kumar should be criticised for his prolonged silence but it was equally wrong to hold a candle march in Delhi's Jantar Mantar over the incident.”
India TV, on Monday, ran a full-day conclave 'Jai Hind With India TV'. It brought together some of the biggest political names on a single platform to discuss the agenda of PM Narendra Modi's last Independence Day speech before the Lok Sabha elections 2019.
