Lok Sabha elections 2019: Just eight months before the Lok Sabha elections 2019, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Bihar has finalised its seat-sharing formula, according to sources.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is likely to contest 20 seats while the Janata Dal-United (JDU) may fight on 12 seats. Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) will contest five seats.
Rashtriya Lok Samta Party (RLSP) will be given two seats if it decides to be a part of NDA.

The RLSP chief and Union Minister Upendra Kushwaha had recently said that his party was making efforts to get votes from every section of the society to help PM Narendra Modi win in 2019.
Saffron party may also give one LS seat each to the JDU in Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand, said sources.
In Bihar, there are 40 Lok Sabha seats. The seat sharing formula has come at a time when the opposition parties are busy in forming an alliance for the upcoming general polls.
