Do you blank out seeing your exam paper?
I would urge students to be confident about their own preparation. Do not enter the exam hall with any sort of pressure. Do not worry about what the others are doing. Have faith in yourself and focus on what you’ve prepared.
Facing burden of expectations? Here's PM Modi's answer
The way ahead lies in pursuing, not pressurising children. Inspire children to do things that bring out their inner potential. Every parent/teacher must think about how they behaved with the children when they were about 4-5 years old. You didn't pressurize them, you just motivated them. Did you slap them for trying to walk? No. I want parents to accept that their children have grown up, but they must understand that their psyche to help them must never change or go away. Parents who allow their children to pursue things (if they are on the right track) are doing right thing.
PM Modi urges students to have a technology-free hour everyday
Social networking has gone down due to technology. Earlier, we used to celebrate and surprise our friends by seeing them physically. These days, we're wishing them virtually. Every day, there must be some time that you keep yourself away from technology. There must be a technology-free hour every day. Spend that time with friends, family, books, garden or pets. There should be one room in the entire house that there shouldn't be no technology inside it. Life would be a new experience if you do this. Every member should sit without a gadget in that room.
How to balance studies and extra-curricular activities? PM Modi answers
Not pursuing an co-curricular activities can make a person like a robot. Yes, this would require better time management. Today opportunities are many and I hope youngsters make use of them. What is not good is when the passion of the children becomes fashion statements for parents. Extra-curricular activities needn’t be glamour driven. Let each child pursue what he or she likes.
PM Modi answers a question about 'mood off' during Board exams
You all were up during the Chandrayaan launch even when you had no contribution. But were you not demotivated when it was unsuccessful? When you don't fulfill any expectations, you don't have to feel disappointed. Ups and downs a part of life
Motivation, demotivation are very common. Everyone goes through these feelings. In this regard, I can never forget my visit to @isro during Chandrayaan and the time spent with our hardworking scientists. We can add enthusiasm to every aspect of life. A temporary setback doesn’t mean success is not waiting. Infact, a setback may mean the best is yet to come.
Do you remember the India-Australia test series in 2001? Our cricket team was facing setbacks. The mood was not very good. But, in those moments can we ever forget what Rahul Dravid and @VVSLaxman281 did. They turned the match around. Similarly, who can forget @anilkumble1074 bowling with an injury. This is the power of motivation and positive thinking
