JEE Main 2021 result announcement date postponed till Sunday, Sept 12

The registration process for JEE Advanced which was scheduled to begin from Saturday (September 11) will now commence from Monday, September 13.

NTA JEE Main 2021 Result Update: The National Testing Agency which was earlier being expected to announce the result of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2021) session 4 on Friday (September 10), has now postponed the result announcement date till September 12. DG NTA Vineet Joshi earlier told IndiaTV that the JEE Main result will be announced by September 10. "The final answer key has not been released, this is the draft answer key link uploaded on the official website. The final answer key will be released soon, following which the result can be expected to be announced."

It is also to be mentioned that the registration process for JEE Advanced which was scheduled to begin from Saturday (September 11) will now commence from Monday, September 13.

Once announced, the candidates can check the result on the official website-  jeemain.nta.nic.in. The candidates need to follow these steps to get JEE Main result- Click on the link that reads 'JEE Main 2021 Result'. Then enter your application number and other required details. Your JEE Main 2021 Result will be displayed on the screen. Download the result and take a print of the same for future reference. 

A total of 7.32 lakh candidates appeared in session 4 which was conducted on August 26, 27, 31, September 1, and 2. As per the analysis, JEE Main paper was moderately difficult, with Maths appeared to be tough and lengthy in all the sessions, Physics and Chemistry reviewed as easy.

    JEE Main 2021 paper analysis of day 4

    On day 4 of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2021), the candidates reviewed the JEE Main paper as moderate, with more focus on class 12 syllabus. According to candidates, the JEE Main paper was moderately difficult, while the difficulty level of the Maths was high, Chemistry and Physics were reviewed as easy. Saurabh Kumar, Director Academics, Vidyamandir Classes said, "JEE Main paper was moderately difficult, with questions are mostly from class 12 chapters in every sections- Maths, Physics and Chemistry. Maths was reviewed as difficult, while Chemistry and Physics were easy." 

    Sailesh Kumar, a JEE Main aspirant said, "Maths remain difficult on day 4, with questions are mostly from chapters of Calculus and Algebra. Physics has questions covering class 12 chapters of Electrostatics, Electromagnetism, Modern physics and Optics. Chemistry has combined questions from organic and inorganic chemistry."

    JEE Main 2021 LIVE: Paper analysis of session 5

    The candidates who attempted the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2021) paper 2 on day 5 (September 2) reviewed Maths as difficult, while aptitude and planning sections were reviewed to be easy.  According to Ramesh Batlish, Head- FIITJEE Noida, "JEE Main Paper-2 (B. Planning) was moderate as per feedback from students. Maths was reported the toughest amongst the three sections." 

    Aishiki Ghosh, a JEE Main aspirant said, "Maths was difficult and lengthy in paper 2, while sections like aptitude and planning are easy to attempt."  Another JEE Main aspirant Vijay Gupta said, "Maths was too difficult to attempt. Questions are mostly from chapters of Calculus and Algebra. In aptitude section, questions are mostly from 3- dimensional figures. The aptitude section is reviewed as moderate, while Drawing  is appeared to be easy."
