What are the documents required for Gap certificate?

2. School/college leaving certificate: The candidate will have to provide a copy of the official document provided by the last educational institution attended
3. Certificate proof: The candidates will have to provide a copy of a document attesting to the candidate's citizenship, including passport, birth certificate, or nationality certificate, etc.
4. Final Qualifying Exam Marksheet: Candidates will have to submit a copy of the most recent qualifying exam mark sheet or certificate, such as the diploma from their previous degree program or final test.
5. Proof of Residential Address: Candidates will have to submit a copy of a utility bill, rental agreement, or other official document attesting to the candidate’s residential address.

Procedure involved in making NEET gap certificate
- Obtain the draft of the gap affidavit
- Purchase a non-judicial stamp from the court or other relevant organisations
- Print the draft text on the stamp paper that is not judicial
- Enclose all supporting documentation for gap year
- Take the printed affidavit with you to the appropriate authority: Notary Public
- In front of the authority, sign the affidavit
- The authorities will verify the information provided and the associated documents
- A notary public will sign and seal the paper following verification
- This will henceforth be regarded as a gap certificate
