The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) will conclude the COMEDK BArch counselling registration process today, June 28, as per the notification. Earlier the last day to conclude the counselling registration process was scheduled to be June 26 which was then extended by the authority to June 28. Candidates who have not yet registered can do so on the official website, comedk.org.
The COMEDK BArch admissions will be based on the NATA and JEE Main Paper 2 scores. Candidates must submit their NATA and JEE Paper-2 examination scores during registration following which the choice filling and seat allotment will occur.
The COMEDK BArch seat allotment results will be declared online by the authority and based on the candidate's rank, preferences and seat availability, the allotment of seats will be done. Candidates must have passed the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) or JEE Mains Paper 2, as well as the 2nd PUC exams in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or have completed a 10+3 Diploma in Mathematics to be able to apply. The seat ranking will be done by calculating and adding 50 per cent of the qualifying marks to the NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 scores.
COMEDK BArch Counselling: How to register and apply?
Candidates can follow the mentioned steps to proceed with the COMEDK counselling registration:-
- Visit the official website, comedk.org.
- Log in using the application number and password.
- Click on the tab 'Counselling registration'.
- Enter the details and verify them. Then pay the non-refundable registration fee of Rs 2000.
- Once the payment process is completed, re-login.
- Click on the tab 'Counselling registration' for counselling registration status.
- Click on the tab 'Upload Document', select all the required documents, and click on 'Submit'.
- Once the documents are uploaded, proceed with choice filling and lock the selected institutes.
- Preview all the details such as mock results, college, course and preference order number allotted. Modify the preferences, if required.
- Then, click on 'Save'.
- Save and download it for future reference.
