Feeling stressed? Here is how to break free from Board exam stress, watch video

With board exams approaching closer, high levels of stress and burnout can hamper the students and give unreasonable panic attacks which may result in health issues. 

Examinations are a crucial part of a student's life that can be tough to crack, but certainly not impossible. Stress that comes along with the very idea of exams is a common tendency students go through as the pressure brims up. 

However, stressing yourself will only make things difficult and dampen your spirit and confidence. 

So, three employees of India TV Digital Desk -- Arshi Aggarwal, Nidhi  Taneja  and Ruchi Dua -- have come up with a discussion to give your nerves some ease from the stress:
