CBSE announces datesheets for Class 10, 12 board exams, to begin from March 5
According to media reports, the release of examination dates have been delayed due to elections in Meghalaya, Tripura, Nagaland and Karnataka.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today released the board exams dates for class 10th and 12th. As per the schedule, the exams will begin from March 5.
While class 10th examinations will conclude on April 4, class 12th examinations will end on April 12.

According to media reports, the release of examination dates have been delayed due to elections in Meghalaya, Tripura, Nagaland and Karnataka.
Generally, the board conducts the examinations in the month of March.
As per the board, practical examinations for class 10 and 12 will begin from January 12. All the schools have been instructed to conduct the practical exams on time and upload the marks attained by the students on the official website of the board by February 25.
Around 18 lakh students have registered for the class 10 exams, while for class 12 the number of registration has crossed 11 lakh for the first time. The registration process was completed in the third week of December last year.

* The date sheet will be displayed on the screen
* Take a printout for future reference
The CBSE affiliates Kendriya Vidyalayas, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas, private schools and most of the schools approved by central government.
The Delhi-based board conducts the examinations for class 10 and class 12 every year. The results are announced by the end of May.
