The Uttar Pradesh (UP) BEd JEE 2018 examination is all set to take place tomorrow across the state, preparations for which are in full swing.
The entrance exam scheduled for April 11 will be conducted in two shifts from 8:00 am to 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Candidates are advised to cross-check their centres and reach there at least 30 minutes prior to the exam time.
A set of objective type questions will be posed to candidates in the examination and each question paper is for 200 marks, while the duration is three hours.
Paper I will comprise of general knowledge and language (Hindi or English), whereas Paper II will comprise of aptitude and subject knowledge questions.
A state level examination, UPJEE is conducted for admissions to B Ed programes offered in 16 universities in Uttar Pradesh. With just a day left for the exam, here are some last minute reminders:
1. Carry your admit Card: Admit card is the most essential document you need to carry along with you in the examination hall, failing which you won't be allowed to appear for the same. At the time of the test, this crucial document will be needed to verify your credentials.
2. Reach examination venue on time: The candidates are advised to reach the examination centre half-an-hour prior to the time the exam is to begin. They can even check and visit their centres days ahead of the exam, so as to avoid any last minute confusion.
3. Do not carry banned items: Banned items, including cell phones, electronic gadgets, calculators etc, should not be carried in the examination hall. Anybody found in possession of these article may be subjected to scrutiny by the authorities and subsequent cancellation of the test.
The admit cards for the UP BEd JEE 2018 examination were released on April 5 by the Lucknow University on its official website.

Step 1 – Click on the Download Admit Card link
Step 2 – Enter the User ID Registration Number and password
Step 3 – On Login your brief details will appear.
Step 4 – Click on “Admit Card” tab
Step 5 – Candidate needs to click on “Click here to download Admit Card” tab to download the Admit Card.
Step 6 – You can save the admit card on your computer. Print and follow the instructions that are given there.
