Delhi Police reshuffle: Satish Golcha appointed new DG of Tihar jail, two top officials get new posts

The appointments of the senior police officials in Delhi Police come on a day when hoax bomb calls and emails tested the capacity of the security officials to deal with such issues on a large scale. However, the reshuffle of the police officials has no connection with today's incident.
