A snake appeared during a press conference of Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel on Monday. He was heard saying 'Pirpiti hein', don't worry and don't hurt it".
The snake was spotted the CM was speaking to the media. The appearance of the snake created chaotic for the moments. Some people present there tried to kill it due to panic. However, Baghel intrevened and asked not to kill the reptile. He said don't kill the snake it is a Pirpiti - known as the buff striped keelback a non-venomous species of snakes.
The incident in which all media persons and the CM reacted swiftly were seen reacting after the snake appeared. The CM told officials to bring a plastic bag to release it some isolated place.
Co-incidently, Naga Panchami - a festival to worship snakes - is being celebrated across the country on Monday.
